Success in Work and Life: A systemic approach for gaining insights and making changes in your life – Western psychology has long known that a lot is happening in the dynamics of one’s personality and circumstances that is below the threshold of awareness. Although they may be unknown, these dynamics can
still greatly influence the quality of one’s work personal life.
Unresolved and even unconscious issues in one's family system often show up in workplace or career challenges. The Family and Organizational Constellation approach works with tacit knowledge (what you don’t know you know) to bring untapped wisdom to light in a way that leads to new insights and useful possibilities. By bringing to conscious awareness the unknown dynamics behind old patterns these patterns can be better understood and even changed.

Participants who attend this residental workshop are encouraged to bring a significant decision or challenge that they are currently facing. Although we may not have to time to work with all the issues, we find that everyone benefits when a person works through a challenge that others can relate to. The Constellation methodology (developed by Bert Hellinger) often provides a fresh, new perspective to a personal and/or professional concern. This new perspective releases creative energies that can lead towards a resolution; one that may have seemed obvious in hindsight but stayed hidden during the search for solutions.

Location and Logistics: The workshop at the beautiful retreat center, Between the Worlds, located outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. Resident and non resident options are available. The program starts at 8 pm Friday night and ends at 1:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. Saturday and Sunday lunch and Saturday dinner are provided with the course fee. Residents and campers are also provided with breakfast.

Space is limited so please register in advance!

 What Participants Are Saying:

Thank you for such a good workshop.  I enjoyed the exercises we did and learned an entirely new technique  -- something you can not often say about an experience when you've been around for along time.

...it is amazing to me that people - who don't know each other, and with very little information - can use this process and actually discover what' is not working in a situation -  -  something that too often does not happen after eons of analysis!"

“Thanks so much for introducing us to Constellation work.  It was good to actually walk away with some insights.  It's impressive stuff and your facilitation was superb.”

"Thanks for the really great gift with my work last night!! The process really seemed to click for me and now I am enjoying a renewed sense of possibility and focus."

Facilitator: Harrison Snow, MBA, is a management consultant who has provided innovative performance solutions to organizational clients in 22 countries over the past twenty years. Harrison has authored 3 well received books on team building and management. He uses the constellation methodology in his consulting and coaching practice.
